With the rapid progress of business ,more demands are presented to services, the customer hopes to complete internal service and management process with ITIL process and practice gradually, but , the internal IT personnels must understand basic knowledge of ITTL and process firstly. The Gamutsoft sent experienced teacher carrying out training for 20 personnels from customer on basic knowledge on ITIL with years experiences on services and related cases, so as to build foundation for next IT management and services.
